Entuarea Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Entuarea Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please read them carefully before joining our program.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and be approved by Entuarea. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 50% commission on each successful subscription sale referred through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
3. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis via [insert payment method].
- Payments will be made once the affiliate reaches a minimum threshold of $50.
- Any refunds or chargebacks will result in commission reversals.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must only use approved marketing materials provided by Entuarea.
- Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or deceptive advertising.
- Affiliates may not bid on Entuarea-branded keywords in paid search ads.
- Affiliates may not use cookie stuffing, fraudulent methods, or unauthorized incentives.
5. Marketing Materials & Brand Guidelines
- Affiliates may use official Entuarea banners, links, and creatives provided within their dashboard.
- Affiliates may not modify or misrepresent Entuarea’s brand, logo, or content.
- Affiliates should ensure their promotions align with Entuarea’s reputation and ethical standards.
6. Termination
Entuarea reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time if:
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.
- The affiliate engages in unethical practices or damages Entuarea’s reputation.
- The affiliate account remains inactive for 90 days.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates acknowledge that all Entuarea content, trademarks, and marketing materials remain Entuarea’s property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Entuarea will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
9. Amendments & Modifications
Entuarea reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida.
